The staff at the check-in was exceptional. While they were trying to deal with the implementation of the new computer system and the manager working long hours, they still managed to be very polite and give very professional and friendly service. The rooms are very well maintained and the size and amenities exceeded expectations for the price. The check-out handled by the night shift was curt and unresponsive. I would have felt better dropping the cards in a kiosk or leaving in the room. I only went by the desk to inform the staff that you should supply the rooms with anti-slip shower mats or you're going to get sued as slippery as the shower floor was in my room. I informed the night shift desk attendant and I had to look directly at him to be certain that he acknowledged he heard me. If not for the check out and very slippery shower I would have nothing but 5+ reviews and comments.

Hard to say something positive. Mainly a management issue. 100$ caution cash …even when the room is paid in advance … per room ! No receipt just pay, and that was the welcome we had after 30 mn waiting the return of the clerk. Coffee in the morning was was just sock juice and no shampoo just lotion in bathrooms… great feeling when you wash with lotion. The smell in the corridors are not even describable, awful ! I know it was a middle price room but honestly I had the feeling is was more a one hour hotel than a proper hotel… Last but not least don't ask for a wake up call, they will be 45 mn late. And if you even dare hope for a sorry or little understanding from the staff… keep walking the Indian team student with his friend will be late and not caring at all ! That is if you succeed to to speak to him. This place should not be even open to public. Walk your way people !

Room was presentable, but the cleaning was lack luster. Towels were terrible. Very stale room with solid vinyl flooring. Noisy. Staff is rude and condescending. Parking is scary and inconvenient. Signs everywhere about break-ins and not responsible for lost/stolen items. Tents in the parking lot. Cars on jacks, flat tires abandoned. They ask for unexpected deposits, and make you sign contract to accept all charges ( not specifically listed) and offer zero refunds for any reason ( even if they are at fault). Several people were at counter ( electronic keosk) complaining. Nasty place. DO JOT STAY HERE.
