More than enough room for a family of five (two adults and three children). Quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute drive to the main stretch of North Conway. We traveled from Florida (first time in New Hampshire) so did not have any idea of the area and the host was very helpful with any inquiries and/or recommendations for things to do. The home was also equipped with a back up generator for any outages that occured during the frigid temps during out stay.House was stocked with basic necessasities and was within a few minutes ride to a nearby Walmart for anything we needed.Would hightly recommend this home and host. They made our Winter family trip one to remember. Beautiful, clean and perfectly located for our river tubing trip! We were a group of 6, and slept very comfortably! We had a problem our first night with the thermostat going into sleep mode and setting the temp to 75° (which is hard to sleep in for us). We figured it out quickly and were able to set it to 68 for the next night, no problem. Great location (basically across from Saco Bound). The bedrooms were good sized and the master bath was set up great. It had a bench right when you walked in that acted like a little changing room. Beds were very comfortable too! We already plan on going back again. The kitchen had everything you need, but we wished we had more shower towels because there were 8 of us. Although the pictures have the beach across from the property in them, you can’t actually use the beach, it’s private property. It’s actually why we chose the house, but it honestly didn’t end up being a big deal. The river was plenty shallow enough for us to hang out right in the pristine water next to it. The area is very quiet and no one disturbed us. We really can’t get over the house itself, it’s just gorgeous. It looks like something Joanna Gaines decorated. The owner was excellent at communicating and got back to me within minutes every time I sent him a message before and during the trip. Can’t wait for next year. ##### Melissa R.
