### APPARTAMENTO: “TOPAZIO”

Topazio is a two-room apartment with breathtaking views of the sea and the town of Cefalù.   
  
It comprises: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with a hot tub/shower; a living-dining room with a single sofa bed (80x200) that can be converted into a double bed (160x200), and a private bathroom for those with mobility issues (walk-in shower, toilet with rails - no bidet). There is also a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchenette), and a large terrace for exclusive use, furnished with a table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella. Possibility of barbecue in the area adjacent to the apartment.   
  
Free parking, free WiFi and video surveillance over the parking areas. The property is located approx. 400m from the Old Town, and 800m from the start of the beach, Lungomare.
