This delightful two-room ground floor apartment has one double bedroom (mattress 160x200) with large terrace (with a garden view), and is also equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, as well as a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen/living/dining room has a comfortable sofa bed (140x190) and second smaller terrace (no sea view). This apartment is perfect for those with mobility issues, as the bathroom has disability access - same-level walk-in shower, and toilet with rails. There is no bidet.   
  
Free parking, and free WiFi, the property is just 50m from the beach of Lungomare.
