### APPARTAMENTO: “AMETISTA”

This cute studio apartment boasts a terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the town of Cefalù.   
  
It consists of a living-dining room with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190); a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine). There is also a small bathroom with all the necessities, including shower and bidet.   
  
The terrace is for exclusive use and is furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella. There is also the possibility to barbecue in the adjacent common area.   
  
Free parking, free WiFi and video surveillance over the parking areas. The property is located approx. 400m from the Old Town, and 800m from the start of the beach, Lungomare.
