The Loft style condos offer an open living environment with 20 ft ceilings & glass front windows so you can have a majestic view of the Giant Steps ski runs & Brian Head Peak. VISITING SOUTHERN UTAH NATIONAL PARKS, BOOK WITH US AND SAVE BIG! This spacious unit can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. You and your family, or friends, will make memories to cherish for years to come! The Space: This 1950 sq ft, luxurious property is located directly across from the Giant Steps Lifts at The Lofts. Easy access with a 1 car garage and plenty of room for parking. The Loft style condos offer an open living environment with 20 ft ceilings & glass front windows, so you can have a majestic view of the Giant Steps ski runs & Brian Head Peak. You will have the feeling of WOW right when you enter this unit. Two Bedrooms-Master upstairs with King bed, and full bath with jacuzzi tub and shower, downstairs bedroom has a King bed with access to full bath. The loft has a Queen pull out couch and a Queen electric air mattress and Bed Frame and Half Bath. Kitchen has an electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, trash compactor. Kitchen dinnerware includes 12 large and small plates, cups, glasses, water and wine glasses, and utensils, cooking utensils, knives, pots/pans, crock pot, skillet, bake ware, timed coffee maker, K-cup Keurig, toaster, blender, mixer, air popcorn maker, and cutting board. Kitchen table seats 4, dinette table seats 4 and counter bar seats 3. Living Room has recliner sofa and recliner love seat, flat screen TV, Apple TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, board games, and DVD movies. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Our family stayed at this location during Christmas 2023\. The condo was immaculate! Great location, spectacular views of the slopes from the living room, clean, modern, spacious. Our family of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers) was very comfortable. Dawn, the representative from the agency was very welcoming and responsive. Loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the slopes. The owners had Christmas decoration and a Christmas tree as an added bonus. We really felt at home. The unit has a private garage so, we loved not having to defrost our car in the mornings. This was the best vacation and experience for our family! Thank you for the priceless memories! This was our first time at Brian Head and we loved it. We strongly recommend this place as we plan to come back to this same condo again! ##### Anna D. The hot water heater went out twice during our stay and the AC didn't really work but it was beautiful weather so not an issue there. We did have an infant with us and the wax on the floor is very slick but the place was beautiful and clean and the owners were SO kind and accommodating. ##### Kristen M. A quick walk or drive to restaurants and parks. It was clean and decorated very well. The kitchen was stocked better than my kitchen at home! The host was helpful in giving us the option for early check-in. The one downfall of this stay was that the loft stayed uncomfortable hot. We drove in from Las Vegas to escape the heat wave. Although it was 30 degrees cooler in Brian Head, inside the property it was a balmy 85 degrees. The main living space and the upstairs master bedroom were exceptionally hot. Making it uncomfortable to sleep for us and our young children. The downstairs bedroom was able to cool off to 75 if we had the doors open, fans on and it was night. The A/C was loud, but did not blow cold air so we had to try other ways to cool down the space. Even at night, with the windows and doors open and the fans on, the upstairs stayed around 80 degrees. This wouldn’t be an issue in the winter, obviously. But if you are traveling in the summer, especially with small children who need a cool place to sleep, it’s something to consider. ##### Christa P. We chose Brian Head so that my son going to SUU could come up for the weekend. It was perfect! The condo was huge and had so much to do. It was well stocked and very clean. Had a wonderful time with my children. The place was just as described. Would have given a 5 but the hot tub was really dirty not usable. Needs a thorough cleaning debris was floating inside it.
