It has a sleeping area, a living area and a kitchenette. Just get away and relax, come to fish, hike, swim, or play. Surrounded by beautiful acreage, woods, and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views! Play corn hole, life size chess/checkers, take a dip in the pool, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, cozy up by the fire pit and roast some s'mores, swim or kayak in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, watch AMAZING sunsets from the dock! Really a funky cool studio! The house is an 1870 Victorian and this unit has private entrance located over the three car garages. Kitchenette has fridge/freezer, Keurig, microwave, toaster, two-burner stove, pots, pans, utensils, china, cutlery and glassware. It is not a full kitchen. Other guests may stay on property but this unit is private. Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play volleyball, corn hole, Beersbie, ladder golf, giant Jenga or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets! String Light courtyard, privacy, and plenty of room to stretch out! SO much to do! All hotel-quality linens and amenities included. Walk to shared dock, beach, pool, or sit in gazebo and enjoy your favorite drink or meal. Not only is there so much to do on the property, there is also so much to do off property! Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion. The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better! 1\. Luxurious sleeping quarters with hotel linens and towels. 2\. Smart/roku tv that has cable with TONS of stations. 3\. Corn hole, life size chess/checkers, board games, sand area, grill, dock, life size Jenga, and a bunch of other things. 4\. Game Room with arcade games (Ms. Pacman, Galaga, Mini Paw - Patrol), Ping-Pong, Pool table, Ski ball, arcade Basketball, and 2 TV's. 5\. Beautiful side patio and lawn to sit and watch the sunset! 6\. Pool, hot tub, playground, sand volleyball court, and in ground trampoline! HUGE hit with the kiddos. 7\. We just couldn't get over how pretty the whole place was, from the cute, roomy studio, to the beautiful lighted patio, to the landscaping, to the gorgeous lake view! It was incredible just to be able to wander down to the lake for a swim each morning! It was also sparkling clean and our hosts truly thought of EVERYTHING! Just what we needed. Lake was beautiful and well as grounds. Rooms were very clean. Towels were so fresh, husband insisted on know laundry ingreds. Thank you for having us. My family decided to take a last minute trip to the lake with our two kids. The pictures of the place were nice but they really donā€™t do it justice. The views of the lake from the house are gorgeous. There are several places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the lake. Once the day gets started there is plenty to do to keep the kids busy...kayaks, a canoe, fishing, swimming, and the list goes on. About a 15 minute drive from the house is a beautiful overlook of Little River Canyon with a waterfall and crystal clear creak. If you still have energy after all of that there are two fire pits. One gas burning up at the house and another wood burning down by the dock. You can also enjoy a game of cornhole on the patio near the house. Inside the studio apartment is an Xbox, fooseball table, checkers and board games. So much to keep the kids occupied. The kitchenette also has a burner and pots and pans, plus there is a grill outside. Plenty of options for cooking. This was everything we wanted and more. The owners thought of everything and were so hospitable. We highly recommend! ##### Michelle S.
