The property offers ample outdoor space, including a natural garden spanning 500 m2 and a seasonal swimming pool with an unconventional shape. The pool is available from April 12 to November 1, with a depth ranging from 110 to 120 cm, providing a refreshing escape during the warmer months.

The open kitchen comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, also providing access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and toilet on this level. Electric heating and air-conditioning are available throughout the property.  
  
On the lower ground floor, accessible via an open staircase, you'll find a living room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a Hammam-Shower. The upper floor features an open gallery with a rooflight, offering one bed, one double bed, a TV, and a hi-fi system. There is also a shower, bidet, toilet, and a hydro massage bath on this level, complemented by electric heating and air-conditioning.
