"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing ..."

"Disappointed in not getting the room we booked The sinks were blocked and the smoke alarm was dismantled . The staff were excellent and sorted this but it should have been checked before hand"
