Room hardwares and cleaness very good, but Landing App did not properly work, not easy to link up with the landlord/agent for check-in/check-out process.

The lobby is beautiful, and they have a mini golf area for the kids, which was a big hit! The kids had a great time and were very entertained. All of the restaurants were excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff was also wonderful—very friendly, kind, and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the Riverwalk and the bridge, which was especially gorgeous at night. However, there were several issues with the cleanliness and condition of the room that need improvement. All of the towels looked very worn out; some had stains, and some were even torn. There was no hand soap in the bathroom when we arrived, so I had to call to have it brought to the room. We stayed only two nights, and by the last day there was already no body wash left because there was very little in the dispenser from the first day. The bathtub had visible mold, and some of the bed sheets had stains. I also checked the mattresses, and they appeared to be quite old. There was no mattress protector/cover on them, which was concerning. Additionally, the hallway outside our room was flooded. We notified maintenance, and they were working on cleaning the area throughout our entire stay. When we checked out, the hallway was still somewhat wet. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, great restaurants, a wonderful location, and excellent staff. However, the cleanliness, housekeeping, and maintenance of the rooms need significant improvement, especially considering the quality and price.
