Absolutely loved staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the location couldn’t be better—right off the Malecón and walking trails along the Laguna. I enjoyed their garden. It can be a tad noisy with traffic at night because it’s right off the Main Street.

A hidden gem! Right on the lake and with a pool and garden this is an idyllic spot at a great price. Service and staff wonderfully attentive and helpful. Rooms are small and bathrooms could use upgrade but I’d still give it 5 stars. Oh and the AMAZING breakfast…You’ll be glad you stayed here!

Ya está muy descuidado, hay humedad en las habitaciones, se escucha mucho ruido por las fiestas que hacen en el malecón, estuvo lloviendo y se inunda y creo que están componiendo la calle de junto porque no había paso y olía a drenaje… deberían darle una remodelación a todo

Desafortunadamente afuera del hotel es el lugar de reunión de la gente de catemaco. Si la idea es descansar por la noche no lo recomiendo. Ya que ponen bocinas a todo volumen. Y además del ruido de las motos es dificil dormir.

La estancia estuvo bien solo detalles en la limpieza el hotel en si necesita una remo delación urgente no hay servicio de cafetería cuando en el reglamento lo ofrecen... Lo más rescatable la alberca y el jardín estupendo
