Great breakfast (self service) with wide variety of sweet and savoury choices. The breakfast room staff are friendly, chatty and keep things clean and topped up. I was in a solo room, which was small but absolutely fine with a good shower/toilet en suite. A wee bit of noise as my room backed on to a courtyard occupied by other buildings, no problem though as I got a good sleep. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. The stairs were small and the carpet look very dirty. Although the property states they have a a shuttle to the airport the reality is that they do not have one, they just simple ask people to take the public bus that stops 1 1/2\. Lock from there. De plus, lors des soirées concerts organisées par l hôtel le personnel qui s occupait de débarrasser et de ranger était bruyant, parlait fort, aucun respect pour les personnes qui étaient dans les chambres juste à côté.. Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is basic but enough. I didn't like having to leave our key at the front desk every time we left and the breakfast attendant was very nosy.
