We really enjoyed our time here! Our room was beautiful and we were very happy with it overall. The only feedback we had was that there were a few dead bugs in the room when we first arrived, so we wish it had been a bit cleaner on the first day. After housekeeping came in on the second day, everything was great. We also unfortunately missed orientation since we arrived a little later in the day. It would have been helpful to have a quick heads up about the shortcut to get to our rooms, as we didn’t realize there was an easier way to get there. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here!

The room was fairly clean but very dated. When housekeeping came to clean, the toilets were not cleaned. We were also told my multiple staff members that we would be able to book dinner reservations on their app but that is not correct. You have to go to the culinary concierge. If you do not get there before 5 (their closing time) you can’t make reservations. The companion properties are also at least 30-45 minutes away from La Toc which is not very convenient although they do have regular shuttles. It would be convenient if they were within walking distance for guests to enjoys all three properties without having to wait on a shuttle which was very overcrowded. I did enjoy Kimono’s restaurant. The resort was mediocre and when we visit the island again, we will definitely look to stay at a different resort.

Staff at La Toc were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Sandals is definitely geared toward a younger generation but was not bad all around. There are some additional “hidden fees” but nothing too crazy. If you get car sick, take dramamine for the ride from airport, roads are narrow and very curvy.

The most friendly people you will ever meet. Engaging, helpful and pleasant. Kizzy never forgot my tea each morning at breakfast. Jacentha, the director of guest services was always close at hand and willing to address any issue, however small they may be! The entertainment was amazing every evening. Fun vacation!

Fabulous Caribbean experience and hotel

This was the best vacation I've been on in years and the staff (we had a butler), accommodations, food, views of the ocean were all fabulous. We had an up to date room over the bluff looking at the ocean and it was amazing, clean, great service and fabulous views.
