The property is maintained well and we really enjoyed our stay. Connie was our contact and she was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. Our group consisting of five couples were getting together for the first time since the start of the Pandemic and it was nice to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of Castleton Farms. We mostly chatted, ate a lot, chilled out, watched movies, walked some trails and visited some of the animals around the farm. All in all a very quiet and relaxing vacation. I agree with the previous reviewer about bugs and the wasps/outdoor maintenance. However, the hosts were so lovely and surprised us with a wedding gift basket and bouquet! It is in the mountains, so expect to deal with bugs- that happens. The outside needs some maintenance as wasps have built nests EVERYWHERE. so beware of this just in case you have allergies. The wasps did not bother us though!! A quick leaf blower in the courtyard to get all the leaves and twigs out would be a nice touch. Other than that, the stay was really great! ##### Candice C. Connie and Paul are excellent property managers. Very responsive and nice. The animals are fun, the grounds are well kept and beautiful. We played tennis, hiked, fished, and swam in the pond.
