Ce gîte de charme est niché au cœur de la belle Val di Chiana, situé à quelques minutes de la ville pittoresque colline de Castiglion Fiorentino et à 15 minutes de Cortona. Ici vous pouvez profiter de la paix et la tranquillité de la campagne toscane et tous les avantages d'une ville historique animé non loin. “La Tabaccaia” a été construite au début du 20ème siècle et était utilisée pour sécher les feuilles de tabac cultivées dans les fermes voisines. Le bâtiment a été récemment restauré avec beaucoup de soin, en préservant son authenticité et son charme tout en fusionnant avec le confort des temps modernes. Sur la même propriété est la principale "ferme" où les propriétaires discrets et utiles résident. Anna et ses parents Fausto et Flavia peuvent vous aider à vous installer, à planifier vos activités et à répondre à vos questions sur la région. Nous parlons et comprenons l'anglais. Le 5000 m2 propriété clôturée comprend oliviers, de chênes, de vastes pelouses et une grande piscine, ouvert de Mai à Septembre, avec une vue magnifique sur à proximité Castiglion Fiorentino. La piscine est entourée de jardins remplis de lavande et de romarin. Là, vous trouverez des chaises longues confortables pour votre plaisir de détente et une douche extérieure. Les serviettes de piscine sont incluses dans le tarif de location. La piscine est à l’usage exclusif des clients de la maison. La maison se compose de deux étages pouvant accueillir confortablement 4 adultes + 1. Rez-de-chaussée 1 salon ouvert - comprenant cuisine / salle à manger et télévision par satellite 1 petite salle de bain complète avec lavabo, douche et toilettes 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux / simples Deuxième étage 1 chambre principale avec dressing 1 salle de bain complète avec lavabo, douche, toilette Literie, serviettes, électricité, wifi sont inclus dans le tarif de location. Chauffage ne sont pas inclus. L'établissement pour nos clients comprennent l'accès Internet (Wi-Fi). Nos clients peuvent profiter de la grande cour pour se détendre, jouer avec leurs enfants, et salle à manger à la table en plein air sous un gazebo. Les vues de Castiglion Fiorentino et la campagne environnante sont toujours avec vous au sommet de cette colline retraite. Il y a aussi un barbecue à charbon de bois sur place pour les clients. Deux vélos de tourisme sont à la disposition des clients qui souhaitent une exploration plus lente, bien que difficile, de la campagne environnante. Les clients peuvent utiliser la salle de lavage au rez-de-chaussée de la maison des propriétaires, qui comprend une machine à laver. Les vêtements peuvent être accrochés sur une grille pour sécher. Les propriétaires vivent dans la maison principale sur la propriété et sont disponibles si vous avez besoin d'aide. La piscine est formidable (de belle taille, avec un escalier et entourée d'arbres). Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Location idéalement située pour visiter Arezzo et Cortona tout proches, voire Florence, Sienne et Montepulciano pour les plus courageux. Pool is great situated under olive trees. Shopping facilities in the village are very good. House very well located to explore southern Tuscany and Umbria. Mit unseren 2 erwachsenen Kindern hatten wir ausreichend Platz und den Pool für uns allein! Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus. Small talk, aber völlig unaufdringlich. Am letzten Abend wurden wir noch auf einen Vinsanto eingeladen. Sehr liebenswert. Das einzige sämtliche bekannte Ausflugsziele sind weiter entfernt. Da die Temperaturen ziemlich hoch waren mit 38 Grad wägt man ab. Zur völligen Entspannung aber ein Traum. Megaaaa Blick auf Casteligion fiorentino . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichlich vorhanden. Sie zeigte uns das Haus und die Einrichtungen, das Grundstück und den schönen Pool. Das Haus war tadellos sauber, sehr stimmig und wertig eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Auch die beschattete Freisitzfläche haben wir mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf Castiglion Fiorentino sehr genossen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche haben wir wenig genutzt, da uns Anna bereits bei unserer Ankunft diverse Empfehlungen für Restaurants gegeben hatte. Diese haben wir alle genutzt und waren wirklich begeistert. Auch Flavia und Fausto haben uns teilweise beim buchen unterstützt, waren immer für uns da und doch stets angenehm im Hintergrund. Nach ein paar Tagen kamen noch Gäste in das Appartement im Haupthaus. Hier hat die Familie Rossi darauf geachtet, dass kein zweiter Hund mit einzieht. So konnten unsere Freunde den Urlaub mit Ihrem Hund auf dem großzügigen Grundstück entspannt genießen. Für Ausflüge war die Lage perfekt, insbesondere das wunderbare Cortona waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch Arezzo, Montepulciano und der Lago Di Trasimeno sind in gut 30 Minuten erreichbar. Wir sind Freunde der kleinen Allimentari und haben hier direkt in Santa Lucia das La Botteghina gefunden. Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt, auch für das Frühstück und die Verpflegung für die Heimfahrt. Liebe Anna, liebe Flavia und lieber Fausto, herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch. The property was beautifully furnished and included all the extras needed (fans, pool towels, kitchen pans, hair dryer, iron etc). The family gave us a very friendly welcome and were always available for any queries. The view from the terrace is stunning and the pool is beautifully laid out also. We were able to visit lots of interesting towns and Siena/ Florence/ Perugia easily from this location and we loved the region. Anna, Fausto, and Flavia were very kind and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality made us want to stay forever! We traveled from Los Angeles with our family of 4 and arrived very tired and hungry. They made sure we had everything we needed to recover from our long travels and pointed us in the right direction for local grocery stores and restaurants in the city center.
