The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. There is a small furnished terrace on the ground floor, which allows direct access to the beautiful garden shared by the two apartments in the house. The kitchenette is complete with everything you need, such as stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. There is Wi-Fi, linen and towels for completely free use. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 2 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. Apartments Bea offers three comfortable flats with terrace and garden, located in an area of Ortisei, called Roncadizza. The flats are furnished in modern Alpine style, with wooden interiors, bright and pleasant and equipped with all the necessary comforts for perfect holidays in Val Gardena. The area is well connected with Ortisei town center, as the busses and skibusses do stop approx. 50 m from the house. With them you can reach for free (as we provide free tickets for the whole stay) the town center of Ortisei and the cableways, as well as the other towns of Val Gardena like Selva and Santa Cristina. You can also reach the town center by walking (20 minutes) or by bike (10 minutes), beside of course by car. In the immediate surroundings you will find two restaurants, bar, tennis courts (in- and outdoor), horse riding and two children playgrounds. The jewel in the crown of Apartments Bea is a wonderful garden shared by both flats, furnished in such a way that you can relax under the Dolomite sun. Among the various comforts of the house are an outdoor parking space per flat, a ski room with boot warmer, also suitable for bicycles, and free Wi-Fi. House Bea offers daily free access to the Mar Dolomit public swimming pools in Ortisei. Pets are NOT allowed. Choose Apartments Bea for your holidays in Ortisei Val Gardena, you will not regret it! In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
