Getting to the hotel is a bit challenging because you’re told you’re not allowed to drive on Via Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel can do a better job of letting guests know that a driver can carefully drive on the Via carefully and slowly and if stopped by police to show the hotel confirmation email and you won’t be ticketed.
The hotel is a beautiful old palace that needs to be updated, but the staff is lovely. We are extremely grateful for Giovanni’s help when we were lost trying to get to the hotel. Thank you
