This level also includes a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as another double bedroom with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC. Additionally, there is a kitchen/living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room with a double sofabed, a dining table, and a TV, leading to the garden. There is also a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a kitchenette with an oven and 4 induction hot plates.
