The accommodation is equipped with a very nice terrace, furnished with sofas, table and umbrella where you can dine and dine. It was just lovely and much bigger than we thought. The two bedrooms were very spacious and the bathroom was lovely as well. The kitchen and living room well smaller were very well equipped. It was so nice to have juice and milk and muffins for the start of our day. The best part was the terrace, and the beautiful view of the Montecasino monastery. We were staying in Cassino while visiting family in Vallemaio. This apartment worked out very well for the two of us, but it’s big enough for more. It was modern and clean in a safe and secure area. The huge balcony is a bonus and the doors of the kitchen and bedrooms open right up to it. One thing to mention is the shower itself is much smaller than we are accustomed to in the US, but it appears to be the norm in EU based on other hotels we stayed at. The hosts, Arturo and Carolina, are extremely hospitable. They welcomed us with fresh muffins, fruits, and cake. The refrigerator was stocked with essentials. When we traveled for two days, they even welcomed us again with another delicious, freshly baked cake. They are both there to please your every need. Arturo was also so helpful with my plans ahead of time. He directed me to the bus and train schedules for my travels and he graciously answered any questions I had. The apartment is within a short walking distance to the train station, less than 5 minutes. The center is also a close 10 minute walk where there are some restaurants and shopping. There was not a lot of entertainment during the time we were there though. The location is very convenient and the small grocery store below the apartment makes it easy to pick up any needed items.
