Upon arrival, i was greet with a beautiful lobby. The checking in is rather slow, I won't blamed the staff and is more to the system that giving problem causes the delay. Once check in was done, she show me the way to lift and briefly telling me the facilities location, timing & etc. Room was nice & clean, well equipped with basic cooking appliances & utensils. Personally I do find that the rainforest shower spray should have extended longer and the the water pressure is low throughout my stay. As for the swimming pool area, it provide you a nice view while relaxing on the sunlounger. But what i couldn't figure out was, why are the water so freezing cold day & night. And i would also advice everyone to be extra careful while getting into the water. Is very slippery. Lastly, the location is not really ideal for me but the 24hr lobby bar will be a plus point if you need a drink anytime.
