You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Newly built, Baja Vacay rental

Our home is in the newly developed Punta Piedra Villas! The community is gated/guarded with security 24/7 and it is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pacific coast, including breathtaking sunsets, a light sea breeze and access to many of the community amenities!  
  
A quick 40 minute drive from the San Diego-Tijuana border, our location is perfect if you want to do it all! Hit the beach, shop, eat and of course visit the wineries in beautiful Valle de Guadeloupe!  
The space  
Two story single detached home with the master bedroom/bath being upstairs while the other 2 bedrooms and bath are on the 1st floor. Two large rooftops where you could set up for your own gathering! Indoor dining for 8 people as well as outdoor on the back patio. Please beware that though the weather if often mild, the house does not have heat/air conditioning but a great breeze, plenty of blankets and fans if needed!

#### Perfect combo of location, nature and amenities

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Blanca, it is everything and more. Great location, super host, great house. If you book it, you will be happy! Has cooking essentials, extra bathroom things, and games. It is clear the hosts care about making sure you have everything you need.
