"The room smelled of urine, the carpet had holes in it and was sticky, fridge didn’t work. There were ants all over air unit, not shades on lamps. Breakfast was dry cereal and make your own waffle. The only positive was bed was comfortable. Complained to management was suppose to get a refund. Nothing and it was a week today."

"We booked the jacuzzi suite room. If you have a room with one of those in there I recommend setting the air conditioner to the “dry” setting, if not the whole room is moist. The floor was slippery, the carpet was sticky, and even the nightstands had condensation on them. It got better after we set the air conditioner to dry. Our TV wouldn’t connect to the internet all three days we were there, and our phone in our room didn’t work at all. Other than those minor inconveniences, the service was really good, everyone was so nice and the breakfast was good! The building is in a good location and has lots of parking"
