"We had an amazing time. Room was fabulous. Clean, comfy and big. Staff check in was great. Coffee shop manager was very rude. Stood there at 6:30 for over 25 minutes for her to finally acknowledge 3 people standing there to rudely state that they didn't open til 7 on weekends. Then proceeded to tell us they wouldn't be open until 7:05 and we could go to Starbucks. You don't do that in a customer service position. She could have spoken to us at the time we arrived to let us know about the opening time. Then the restaurant on site was phenomenal. Food and service was great. However, the server charged us for someone else's order. (Which we didn't notice until after the fact). Other than that, the rest of it was great. We will be using the hotel again, and maybe the restaurant (checking the ticket of course) but I refuse to give the coffee shop a dime of my money, period!!"

"Me and my family had a nice stay at this hotel. The men utilized the fitness room as well as all of us using the pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Great location to food and entertainment. Will definitely stay again!!!"

"Nice clean rooms. Only advice. Ask for a room on the parking lot side. Ocean is too far away to see even on top floor. Road noise is pretty loud."
