This is a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. This very cute Gold Coast Drive residence comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 open plan living area, and can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings with the gentle sound of the surf at your front door and the native animals wandering the rolling hills just out your back door. Keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon and if you are really lucky and at the right time of the season you may spot a whale in the bay. In the heart of the home is where you will find the open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge room, with floor-to-ceiling large windows on the ocean side, making for beautiful views and amazing sunsets, also allowing an abundance of light to flood the home. Kitchen complete with all electrical appliances including a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine. Bedrooms comprise of two queen size bedrooms & the children's room is made up of 1 tri-bunk & 1 single bed. Carrickalinga is a seaside town situated a leisurely 1-hour drive south of Adelaide on the gorgeous Fleurieu Peninsula. It boasts one of the best beaches in South Australia, with pristine white sand that stretches for miles and miles, and sparkling waters to swim, fish and snorkel in. The expansive beach and inviting waters make this an ideal family-friendly holiday location. Location: Gold Coast Drive Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 guests (3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom) 2 x Queens, 1 x Tri bunk & 1 Single. The property managers do not care about your families safety The house was unsanitary and unsafe. We were greeting with a dirty kitchen sponge, no dishwashing liquid, the hand soap was nearly empty. No coffee, oil or basic essentials. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and had brown muck all over the drain next to the bath we were meant to bathe our children in. The shower hadn’t been cleaned. The door had broken off and it hadn’t been replaced resulting in my daughter having a fall and cutting her face on the exposed metal lip. The outside garbage bin was full so nowhere to put out rubbish. The quilt covers hasn’t been cleaned. They all smelt used. And not to mention the disgusting lounge room rug. It was SOAKED in urine and smelt very bad. We had to find blankets to cover it as our children wanted to play on the floor. Dog hair all over the lounge. Just felt dirty and grimy and we left early as the place just made us feel unclean. The property manager would only give us our money back for the 3rd night of accommodation which we didn’t stay for. They refused to give us money back for the other 2 x nights. The daily rate they charged us a night is complete extortion. Close to all amenities. The house had a lovely cottage feeling about it and was clean and tidy with the kitchen, dining and lounge looking out onto the beach.
