Perfect for the family, couples or a romantic getaway. Stylish open plan living which is light and airy with large windows that allow you to soak up the gorgeous ocean views. A kitchen any chef would be happy to cook in, equipped with quality Smeg appliances, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher and quality tableware. All that you need to whip up a gourmet meal. The lounge area has a large modular suite, big screen smart TV and a DVD player. WiFi, and Netflix for your enjoyment. Upstairs there are 2 king size bedrooms one with an ensuite & WIR, 2nd bedroom has 2 king singles, 3rd bedroom has 2 singles, downstairs there is a queen size bedroom with ensuite and lounge area. The house has 3 bathrooms, one with a full bath. The laundry is equipped with a washer/dryer combo. The magnificent wrap around decked area has a spectacular built in wood-log fire place (fire wood not supplied) perfect for those winter nights to snuggle up and watch the stormy seas rolling in. This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. We are offering full linen service (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen) bedmaking inclusive. It was well equipped with everything we needed except for linen. It would be good to put the need to provide your own linen more clearly in the description. We had booked months in advance and overlooked this which was a long way down in the description. Unfortunately we had already begun our holiday when we received the reminder email to say we had to provide our own. We would have preferred to have a small charge included in the rental price and have linen provided. The front single bedrooms were very hot as the air-conditioning does not reach this area of the house. The views are spectacular and access to the beach is only a short drive. The home was very light and bright, the decor was fresh and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the view was outstanding! There were Just a couple of negatives - the bottom area was unusable as there were no curtains for the bedroom and nothing in the living area. We would have really appreciated a tv for this living area as the only tv was right next to the bedroom which only had bifold doors to separate it, which made the bedroom feel open with minimal privacy.
