Set one street back from Gold Coast Drive offering lovely Ocean Views. This is the perfect, affordable holiday escape with the beach only 100 meters away. This is a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. This property comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and can sleep up to 7 guests. Floor to near ceiling windows across the front of the home in every room on the ocean side, as well as a wonderful large deck where you will spend most of your time relaxing enjoying the beautiful views and amazing sunsets. Featuring three bedrooms to accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably, the beautiful master bedroom comes complete with a King-size bed, ensuite, ceiling fan, and its own TV. Bedrooms two and three are located at the opposite end of the property and comprise a queen and tri-bunk. In the heart of the home, you'll find the kitchen, lounge, and dining with direct access to both the front and back outdoor areas. The children can also enjoy their own space in the garage which has access to a table tennis table, dart board and basketball hoop. Keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon and if you are really lucky and at the right time of the season you may spot a whale in the bay. Location: Elizabeth Crescent, just behind Gold Coast Drive, less than a minute walk to the beach. Bed Configuration: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7 guests – 1 x King, 1 x Queen and 1 x Tri-bunk bed. Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (no bath) Special Features: Location, walking distance to the beach. Facilities: Gas cooker, fridge freezer, laundry with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher. Features/Entertainment: 2 x TVs, Table tennis table, BBQ, Wi-Fi Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle to living room only. Ducted cooling only to the entire property. Pets: Pets are permitted upon application. Fenced: Fully enclosed front yard. Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee. Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided. Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office.
