A few steps from the sea, 110m2 apartment on two levels, very bright: on the 1st floor open space with kitchen, living room, lounge with TV, bathroom with tub. Furnished terrace with view of the Apuan Alps - on the 2nd floor in the attic, master bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, TV, 2nd bedroom with single bed + pull-out bed; bathroom with shower. Fast WIFI, Nespresso machine, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. 9 kg washer dryer and barbecue on the terrace. Small dogs allowed on request. In front of the apartment there are tennis and padel courts, as well as two pizzeria restaurants. Pine forests, free beach and beach with bathrooms one kilometer from the apartment. Multi-sports center behind the exhibition complex. Carrefour Express supermarket + food and all kinds of shops in the immediate vicinity. Marina di Carrara is the ideal starting point for visiting the famous marble quarries of Carrara and for quickly reaching Forte dei Marmi, Versilia, Le 5 Terre and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Florence , Siena). From the apartment you can reach the Carrara motorway exit in 3 minutes. Splendid view of the Apuan Alps from the terrace.
