"The decor is dated but room was comfortable..large hotel and breakfast area is very busy. Lacked staff at breakfast to keep trash cleaned up. Had rude receptionist when checking in but otherwise was good stay with excellent access to Mackinac island."

"Beverly was the ultimate concierge! Excellent advice on seeing Mackinac Island and even places to stop on our road trip after. Food was great. Location on the beach is nice. The room/hotel are a bit run down but not bad & the only reason for less than 5 stars."

"This place was beautiful, I seen some reviews saying he needed to update certain areas of the property. I can say during our stay he was busy at work making updates to the empty cabins. He was a great friendly gentleman. Highly recommend, and will be booking again in the future"

"I could not have asked for a better place to vacation. The property was clean and very comfortable! Communication was excellent. I loved all of the advice for places to see and places to dine at. I try to change up my vacation spots, but this place will be on my “to return to” list!"
