Within minutes, everything was already taken care of — he had sent the bellboy to my car to retrieve our luggage, which was such a thoughtful and efficient touch. As a VIP Expedia member, he also kindly upgraded me to a huge suite, which was an incredible surprise. The suite was stunning, featuring one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve seen, a private balcony with a lovely city view, and even a glimpse of the mountains in the distance. It truly made the stay feel extra special. The excellent service didn’t stop there — the staff at the restaurant and bar were also extremely kind and attentive, making every interaction pleasant.
