"We were given a room. 1st thing I noticed was that it was 1st flr. When we walked in t o room immediate stench of dirty carpet and mildew. A smell more likely in tropical areas. 2nd bathroom was for wheelchair entry with nowhere for shower water to go. We were exhausted just need somewhere to lay ..."
