This property is a great location to pubs cafes, supermarket and public transport. Apartment Charlie is located at the front of the building with a nice view over the park, old church and water fountain. However there are a few down sides for people expecting quality in their stay. The apartment can be noisy with with pub patrons literally seated below the loungeroom windows, this means earplugs in at night or windows closed. In summer this can be an issue with no air-conditioning in the apartment and only one pedestal fan to cool 3 people. The bedroom has 2 single beds while the sofa lounge can accommodate 1 person. The beds are comfortable but the pillows aren't the best.
The kitchen has a fridge, cooktop and microwave. The nearby supermarket has microwave meals to save on food costs.
There are clothes Washing machines and dryers for free use in the entry hallway.
If you are looking for a cheap stay and won't be spending alot of time in the accommodation it's a pass. However if you like modern conveniences like air-conditioning, large bathroom and full kitchen and a quiet abode this is not for you.

The hotel was fine but unfortunately the housekeeping was poor.
Shower gel container was not refilled when needed and on one occasion left our room without any towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Had to contact an outside concierge at 11pm to get these items.
Could also do with a lift for people on 2nd Floor as 47 steps of stairs to get there.
