Carnegie Library Historic Building

La chambre était propre, literie confortable, grande, accessible, commerces à proximité, tous ce qu'on attend d'un bon motel et pas cher en plus. Le seul problème, c'est si votre chambre donne sur l'autoroute, c'est bruyant !

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, good stays. This time we stayed one night and were charged for room damage which I first heard about when I received the credit card statement. We left the room just as we found it. Manager said I signed a waiver, they had photos, no recourse. They have the wrong room or are charging the wrong card. We are in our 80's, think we are going to damage a hotel room??? When I later called to confirm our room number the front desk couldn't find our name or confirmation number!. If they now say we weren't there, how can they charge us for room damage? Ridiculous. Never stay there again. FYI this is an IHG hotel, if you are a member.
