Cirencester5 nights3.5 star property9.2/10 - Wonderful (156 reviews)"Really lovely, clean, comfy room, super friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful location and delicious food. The only things that let it down were the very frustrating AI answerphone machine, that kept putting me through to the restaurant no matter what I said, and there was no one there to answer; and the fact the the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had no signal at all. Other than that, it was fabulous!"Reviewed November 2, 2026Roundtrip • Toronto (YTO) - Birmingham (BHX)YYZ - LHR • 1 stop LHR - YYZ • 1 stopCA $1,170CA $1,035found 20 hours agoper traveller - The Charlton Boutique Hotel

Bibury5 nights3.0 star property9.4/10 - Exceptional (34 reviews)"Parking is very convenient and close to the village centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very small and not what was advertised. It had a skylight but no windows. Towel warmer didn’t work. Breakfast hours were advertised for 9-10:30. When we arrived at 10 they told us breakfast was closed, but when I pointed out their own hours listed on the card, they did make us breakfast."Reviewed October 20, 2026Roundtrip • Toronto (YTO) - Birmingham (BHX)YYZ - LHR • 1 stop LHR - YYZ • 1 stopCA $1,426CA $1,261found 20 hours agoper traveller - The Lygon Arms

"It was a lovely place to stay. Staff, rooms and food so nice would love to stay there again"
"It is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for Hereford just 7 minutes away. We used it as a base and visited Hereford Cathedral and the Old House Museum in Hereford, Croft Castle, Leominster, Ledbury (not to be missed) Ross on Wye and Goodrich Castle. All less than 45 mins. away. Also some of the Black and White villages north of the City. Would definitely recommend this hotel and also a trip to...
"Great stay very friendly staff nothing too much trouble, excellent location, our 2nd stay here and have booked again for next year Highly recommended"
