Establishment consisting of 2 accommodations that can be rented together or separately from 13 + 3 and 4 + 2 seats, connected internally. The smallest unit of 4 + 2 seats has an independent access on the ground floor although you can communicate with the other unit internally. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility, and there is no step in the whole unit or in the nearby entertainment area, you can even access the pool without any obstacle. It has 1 room with 2 beds of 0.90X1.90 m, and another room adapted for people with reduced mobility (door of 0.82 cm) with double bed of 1.50x1.90 m; bathroom with large shower and bar for people with reduced mobility in inidoro and shower; living room with air conditioning of 25 m2 plus firewood fireplace with which all rooms are heated, sofa bed in L for 2 seats, table with 6 seats; American kitchen with electric hob, oven, 6-seater dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, smart TV, blender, TASSIMO capsule coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware for 6 people. The larger unit is distributed over two floors and can be connected internally with the small unit through the area of ​​the stack room and corridor to the bathroom. Outside we have large areas of shade under the branch of imposing walnut trees where the barbecue, a sink to wash by hand on the stone and a spring from which very refreshing and pure water flows throughout the year. Grass area with more than 200 m2 around a large pool with slide of 9 + 18 m, sun loungers and parasols. We have a garden of 2 hectares with quinces and different fruit trees such as apples, nuts, pears, pomegranates, organic garden in summer, etc. This truly makes it a magical place. The house is ideal for large groups who want to relax or want to know some of the wonderful cities of Andalusia; for example Ronda, Antequera, Priego de Córdoba, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga, Jaén, Úbeda, Baeza or Seville; or to make excursions on foot or by bike from the same house, since it is located in the center of the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas, and from the same house you can make many exits and routes. ACTIVITIES: You can call us at any time during your stay, or even before arriving at the house, we will be happy to solve any doubt or problem you have. During your stay you can taste the exquisite white wine of the Montilla Moriles denomination, which we put at your disposal in a barrel in one of the coolest areas of the house, specifically in the storage room, which serves as a communication between the 2 units. Oct 7, 2017 #### Des vacances excpetionnelles Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances au Molino de las Palomas. La maison est immense avec 5 chambres, deux cuisines, 3 salles de bain. Mais le mieux ce sont les extérieurs. Les deux terrasses sont superbes, au frais sous les grands arbres. La propriété est traversée par deux ruisseaux, ce qui apporte encore un peu plus de fraîcheur, non-négligeable dans cette région de l’Espagne. Les paysages et les villages alentours nous ont ravis. Ils se prêtent très bien à de petites ballades en soirée, à la fraîche. Et grace à l’autoroute, Cordoue est désormais à moins d'une heure de la maison. Enfin, et c'est surement le plus important, Ele nous a réservé me meilleur accueil. Il est venu nous cuisiner la paella al andalous et ce fut un régal. We were with just the two of us and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! For groceries, dinner and more there is a nice town nearby, Priego de Cordoba. Jul 18, 2017 #### Inmejorable finca El pasado día 8 de Julio celebramos en esta finca nuestras bodas de plata. El decorado natural potenció la decoración propia de la celebracion. De la casa sólo puedo decir que nunca he estado en una casa rural tan acondicionada en todos los aspectos. Yo que siempre voy con mi kit de cocina, esta vez no me ha servido de nada porque sencillamente hay de todo. Otra gran ventaja es el agua que circula por los arroyos generando sensación de paz y tranquilidad. Su gran piscina y el jacuzzi son también grandes joyas de esta finca. No puedo dejar de comentar que en plena ola de calor, en los salones de la casa a veces había que echarse una sábana para echar la siesta. Hemos estado toda mi familia y yo este fin de semana en el Molino de las Palomas en Carcabuey y es espectacular. El paisaje de cuadro, con u arroyo en mitad de la finca que te permite beber agua fresquita, todo lleno de árboles frutales. La casa preciosa, limpísima ,acogedora, con grandes comodidades, el jacuzzi una pasada y los propietarios, un verdadero encanto, tienen puesto todo con un gusto exquisito y te hacen sentir tuya la casa.
