Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

"A/C is turned off during the day and when we returned to our room after a long, hot day the room was 30 degrees and it took hours to cool off! And the hallway had motion sensors for the light so you enter a very dark hallway when headed to your room at night. I hated this hotel."
