This owner has thought of everything! Comfortable and centrally located within walking distance to all amenities and restaurants. Only issue we had was the house is located on the main downtown street (Water Street) and traffic is very loud though out the morning hours. We experienced lots of trucks and motorcycles. It's was hot in July and we had to have our bedroom windows open as the property didn't have air conditioning. Might have been a different experience with the windows closed.
