CASA NISS is located in the village of Carate Urio, characterized by narrow cobbled streets, stone houses, and a breathtaking view of the lake, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful corner. The apartment can only be reached on foot as it is located inside one of the typical houses of the area and is internally arranged on 3 levels. At the entrance we find the stairs leading to the upper floors and a beautiful bedroom characterized by walls with exposed stones and a large closet. Going up, a second elegant double bedroom with exposed beams. The large living room is tastefully and modernly furnished, with sofas and a fireplace. The functional and modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and the dining table. Finally, the full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Nearby is a French door leading to a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. The whole living area is very bright and atmospheric thanks to the large windows overlooking Lake Como.

The apartment, reachable only on foot and without private parking space, can accommodate up to 4 people, has Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning in the living area and fans in the sleeping area. ACCESSIBILITY & PARKINGCASA NISS does not have private parking. A few days before your arrival we will send you a map of the surrounding parking lots, which are 250 to 600 meters walking distance away. The apartment is located within the village of Carate Urio and can only be reached on foot.CARATE URIO & SURROUNDINGSCarate Urio is a picturesque town located on the western shore of Lake Como in Lombardy, known for its charming lakeside landscape and tranquil atmosphere that makes it an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Carate Urio is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como area, with numerous hiking trails leading to extraordinary viewpoints. It is well connected by public transportation, such as boats that navigate the lake and buses on the highway that connects the town to major nearby cities. The finest restaurants in the area are easily accessible by car. There is a restaurant/pizzeria right next to the apartment. We inform that there is a grocery store and butcher store in Carate Urio, which is not within walking distance of the apartment, but there are no super markets. The nearest supermarket is called Bennet, located in the village of Tavernola, 7.5km away from the apartment.HOW TO MOVEPlease be advised that cab service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. Therefore, we recommend not relying on it once you reach your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transportation (buses and boats), renting a car, or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 200 meters away from the apartment, while the boat stop is 1.5 km away.

Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all locations within about an hour\'s drive.
