Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

Ca Bonafidini is a gem that’s a short walk from the train station. It’s on a quieter side of Venice but is surrounded by excellent food options and right near a public transportation spot. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The hotel room was gorgeous and most importantly very quiet at night. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The location is excellent- very quiet at night. The staff were very kind and very helpful! Breakfast is good. AC was a relief on a hot day. But the walls/floors are thin and we were woken up very early every morning by noise within the hotel. But overall it is a very good hotel

The location is great, next to the Rialto bridge and minutes walking to any point in Venice. We got the standard room so it was abit tight. Breakfast provided is ok. Lower floor is noisy from foot traffic and restaurants next to the hotel. If you are planning on a transfer to and from the airport to the hotel, be very specific on asking for direct private water taxi only service. By default the hotel arrange a car pickup then transfer to water taxi both ways and this will add at least another 20 plus minutes to your journey.
