Großer Garten und schöne Poolanlage für uns und unsere Hunde ein Traum. Vorab, die Familie Kirstein war sehr bemüht bezüglich unserer Reklamationen. Jedoch ist der Preis für das Anwesen respektive der Ferienwohnung nicht akzeptabel. Leider hat die ganze Wohnung zu Anfang sehr Modrig gerochen. Die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Haartrockner fehlt, das Toilettenpapier was auf der Seite angegeben wurde fehlte, dass Geschirr nur auf das nötigste Beschränkt, in dem Raum in dem der zweite Kühlschrank steht, fällt die Farbe und der Putz runter, teilweise alte Poolliegen- eine zerbrach beim draufliegen und Tisch und Stühle an der Poolanlage nicht nutzbar da sich die Farbe löst. Weiterhin fehlten die Fahrräder welche „noch“ auf der Anzeige standen - die uns wichtig waren. Wir waren 6 Personen (zwei Paare, die Schwiegermutter und eine 18-jährige Tochter) – die Schlafmöglichkeiten 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und das andere Bett stand im Flur) nicht für 6 Personen geeignet da der Flur kein abgetrennter Raum ist. Der Meerwasserpool war ein Genuss, ebenso die verschiedenen Sitzecken mit schöner Aussicht auf die Hafenausfahrt von Porto Azzurro. Netter Strand (Belgier-Strand) fußläufig. Für alles andere braucht man ein Auto. Das Konzept der Müllabholung haben wir bis zum Ende nicht verstanden ;-) aber irgendwie hat es doch immer funktioniert. Wie haben den Aufenthalt genossen und werden mit Bestimmtheit wieder über Fewo Buchen. Der einzige wehrmutstropfen ist, dass das Haus für 6 erwachsene bzw. 3 Paare ungeeignet ist. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und der Pool ist sehr gross und angenehm. Der Schatten unter den Palmen ist einfach herrlich. Himmlische Ruhe! Schöne Sicht auf Port Azzuro und die Hügel des Nordostens von Elba. Die Badebuchten lassen sich in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichen. Um nach Capoliveri zu gelangen ist ein Auto fast Pflicht (oder stramme Beine und ein Fahrrad). Die Calamita Halbinsel, auf der das Anwesen liegt, eignet sich ausgezeichnet für Mountainbiker mit leichten bis anspruchsvollen Touren. Ein ausgezeichneter Fahrradverleih befindet sich in Capoliveri. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist zweckmässig aber bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte noch vollständiger sein. Der Haupthahn für den Gasherd muss bei Nichtgebrauch des Herds gschlossen werden, da sich sonst ein penetranter Gasgeruch ausbreitet. ##### Ludger W. J’avez besoin de repos et de nature, je l’ai trouvé, le jardin magnifique avec la piscine que était un délice le matin au réveil, l’appartement aussi nous a plu , juste le manque de climatisation, mais qui a été vite résolu avec des ventilateurs.
