We are located in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of Elba Island, in a splendid area where the Mediterranean scrub merges with the sea, within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. The house is located in Ripitino, an ideal position for those who want to relax in the silence of nature, enjoying a magnificent view of the sea during the day - with breathtaking sunrises - and an extraordinarily clear night sky, perfect for astronomical observation thanks to the almost total absence of light pollution. Despite the secluded atmosphere, the center of Capoliveri is only 1.2 km away, while the beach of Naregno is about 1.3 km away.  
  
Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! We offer discounted rates with all companies.  
  
Visiting the island in comfort has never been so easy! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!  
  
We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. Check-in and key collection are done in our offices in Portoferraio. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste sorting and dispose of the same.

Free on 3 sides, it boasts a completely independent entrance, is located in a privileged position with respect to the beach and is completely fenced. From here you can enjoy an incredible view of the gulf of Capo Perla and Straccoligno. You enter from the large living room where there is a TV area and a comfortable peninsula bed sofa, a modern kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and electric oven and microwave, double double bedroom and bathroom with large shower. The apartment has been recently renovated and is perfect for both a family and couples of friends looking for privacy and practicality. The entire unit is on the ground floor, offers multiple parking spaces inside the property.
