Il Melograno is a cozy small residence located in Naregno, just 3 km away from the charming town of Capoliveri, Italy. This holiday rental offers a natural garden setting, covering 15,000 m2 of fenced property with a variety of plants and trees. Amenities include a shared swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth ranging from 110 to 250 cm), outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, barbecue, reception area, Internet Wifi, parking, and an installment plan.

The residence is surrounded by trees and consists of four houses, hosting a total of 13 apartments. The property boasts a natural garden with a variety of plants and trees, offering a serene outdoor environment. Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, which is open from April 1st until October 30th, allowing you to take advantage of the warmer months. Additionally, an outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, and barbecue area are available for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is equipped with four gas rings and a freezer, while the living room area provides an exit to the terrace.

The terrace offers a beautiful view of the garden. Additionally, a baby cot is provided for guests with babies, and a reserved, roofed parking spot is available for your convenience. The apartment also features air conditioning, a washing machine, and a microwave, accommodating up to four guests. It is important to note that only non-smokers are allowed to stay in the apartment.
