The apartment has access from an external staircase on the first floor, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a living room with two small balconies with breathtaking views, complete with a small kitchenette equipped with 4 gas burners and fridge and a bedroom with double bed; on the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, there is a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) and a bathroom with tub. The furnishings are valuable and comfortable.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
