This luxurious vacation home rental was redesigned with every detail meticulously considered in order to provide our guests the ultimate vacation experience. We don't want to just meet your expectations, we want to exceed them! BLU TIDES is located OFFSHORE, a 10 mins drive to Avalon town and closest beach where you can always find a spot within beach block on any street (Parking is free in Avalon). As a courtesy to our guests, we provide up to 6 free beach tags to allow unlimited access to beaches on the 7-mile Island (Avalon and Stone Harbor). You are also close to Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, Wildwood Boardwalk, Ocean City Boardwalk, Historic Cape May, Atlantic City and so much more! Enjoy everything the shore has to offer in this immaculate home with numerous upgrades and amenities. When not at the beach, shopping, dining, golfing or enjoying many of the local attractions, relax in your own private enclave located close enough to the beach yet tucked away from the crowded island. The house is a wonderful set up for a family. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day at the beach. It’s an easy drive to local Avalon beaches with parking. We were so happy with the house...worked perfectly for our two families! Liked that the bedrooms were on one side of the house and the kitchen/common area were on the other. After a day of exploring the pool was a great way to end the day. The three year old had his own spot to play and watch television while we could still see him. The swimming pool was great for him with the sun deck where he could play and he could easily tell where he could touch. The owner kept in touch frequently, I which I greatly appreciated. The home was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and games. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. Location worked out well since beach/town parking wasn’t much of an issue in Avalon surprisingly. The pool and hot tub were a perfect. We had an awesome family vacation with great weather at blue tides! The house was very spacious and wonderfully located (the acme across the street was a great plus)! We spent many days by the pool and BBQing. We brought our 11 month old daughter for her first beach vacation and the house had a high chair for her which was a great help for us with packing! We arrived about 4pm. and the home was perfectly cleaned, everything we needed was there. The layout with the great room/ kitchen was perfect for us. Loved that there was a small den with TV and games for the kids! We had three generations there and there was always something for everyone! Was nice to be a short distance out of town, less congested and only 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Pool was wonderful! Kids preferred it to the ocean! Nice to have warm water in early June. We had a wonderful time at Blue Tides. Having the ACME store in front of the property is great. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect spot to spend the sunny days with the kids. There was room for improvement regarding the overall cleanliness of the house. It could be much thorough. It felt like it wasn’t cleaned recently. I cleaned all the “touchable” parts and got a really dirty cloth. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and it has everything to have an amazing vacation. ##### Alejandra G.
