Fantastic communication with rental agency and a well-appointed, gorgeous old home, would absolutely stay here again. One of the adult bedrooms is connected to the kids’ room, however you can come and go through a cute little winding staircase that attaches to the kitchen so you don’t have to go through the kids’ room to enter and exit… but, would be an issue for someone with motility challenges! We thought it was fun. The house is in a nice location on a quiet, historic street… definitely recommend renting a golf cart for getting to and from the beach as it’s just under a mile. Property is clean and well-maintained, only minor issue is the downstairs bathroom doorknob needs to be secured.
