Amazing home in Capdepera

The rural holiday home Arhu offers a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature, but close to several beautiful sandy beaches.







A wonderful outdoor area awaits you with an easily accessible pool, a brick-built and mobile barbecue and cosy dining areas under the covered terrace. There are sun loungers, parasols and day beds. A lovely lounge is located slightly away from the house. This is a wonderful place to linger into the starry night, chat in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a good wine or two. Pleasant pool lighting makes swimming on warm summer nights an unforgettable experience. The property is surrounded by half-height shrubs and Mediterranean trees, which provide plenty of privacy.



The ground-floor interior is kept simple and offers plenty of space for up to 8 guests on 300 m² of living space. The covered terrace leads directly into the living room with kitchenette and dining area. The room has high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The predominant colours are white and brown. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Arhu has a total of four bedrooms, each of which can accommodate two people. One of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. Thanks to shutters, the rooms can be completely darkened at siesta time.



The finca is located in the east of Mallorca, 1.6 km south-west of Capdepera. The sandy beaches of Cala Agulla and Cala Ratjada can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Capdepera offers good shopping facilities. In the coastal holiday resort of Cala Ratjada you will find restaurants and a colourful nightlife in the summer season.
