Cantonment Vacation Packages

Everything was ok except I had move to different unit in middle of the stay on a Saturday. Ask me to be ready around 9am for transition but it did occur before 11:45 so with packing and a unpacking it blocked 6-7 hours of that day. No remorse. Was not given any form of relief. Just an apology. And that for a premium price. So be aware.

Clean rooms, helpful staff. The ice machines were out of order.

We stayed at this property back in 2018 when it was a Fairfield Inn and we had a great experience, however, it is no longer a Marriott property. We loved it for the location on Fort Walton Beach, and the fact that it's right on the water/Gulf. The beautiful sunsets were a huge draw and we were not disappointed. The property now is still nice. It's clean and the beds are comfortable. It was very expensive since it was during the summer months. Our only issue was the breakfast. Yes, it's complimentary, but it's factored into the price that you pay. It was bad. We even noticed that people tended to stay with the safer, store-prepared foods....packaged yogurt, packaged muffins, bagels. They do have a waffle iron station that looked good. The eggs were the texture of couscous...very small and grainy looking. The sausage and bacon were yuk. Anything that needed to be prepared by the kitchen staff was not good. And, everyone in the surrounding tables agreed. Coffee was good, though. Anyway, not enough to never go back, but they need to work on their breakfasts.
