Cannonball Museum Tours and Activities

The room had a slippery area on the hard floor, cobwebs. The one bed was disgusting with a badly stained mattress pad that was seen as soon as the top cover was pulled back. Towels and bathroom floor had black hair on them. The shower curtain had a gross stain of some sort. When asked to correct, two additional calls to the front desk were required. The front desk manager listened to the issues, but said any complaint needed to be made through Expedia.

Aesthetic wise the rooms are perfect they have a stove, microwave, refrigerator that has an ice maker it’s like a mini apartment. However some of the staff(one in particular )was not very helpful a little standofish to be at the front desk so I asked for late check out and was advised it’s at 11:30, this is the first place I’ve ever stayed and late check out is st 11:30 when regular checkout is at 11 and didn’t even ask for my room number. That’s the only down side in addition from this hotel being on 91st street which is on the opposite side of the boardwalk but if you don’t mind that it’s great. I did end up driving down to the boardwalk and the beach looks better on that side. I did get on the pool during adult hours and it was not heated however was in the process of being heated up I think the pool should have been better prepped for adults who wanna swim early in a warmer pool but it’s a really nice pool overall this place is really nice I would recommend just need those two little tweaks
