Welcome to your new family beach getaway! Sandy Owl is newly updated with inviting coastal charm to remind you that you are steps away from the shore. The owners have spared no details on beauty or functionality with this stunner! This home is so inviting with shiplap walls, soft interior color, great lighting throughout and so much more, to ensure you have the ultimate coastal vacation experience. Oh and did we mention you have some views of the ocean? As you enter the home, the front foyer welcomes you with nautical touches and beautiful details and decor throughout (This is where you breathe out and say “Ahhhh!”). The dining area and open kitchen are to your left off of the foyer and to the right is the cozy, adorable living area with an electric fireplace and a unique statement piece: a converted canoe for a coffee table as the centerpiece of your family gathering place right by the electric fireplace. Entertain and prepare awesome meals in the fully stocked kitchen with a custom designed bar-height dining room table. Enjoy watching your favorite chef prepare your meal for you, and when dinner is done head out to the wrap around deck to enjoy the sunset and an outdoor evening with family and friends. The spacious bedrooms all have comfortable beds with luxurious linens and bath towels. Two of the queen-sized beds are fully adjustable using a remote control. Situated just steps to the beach, Sandy Owl has a front deck with ocean views, wonderful for watching sunsets, and a spacious back deck that has plenty of room for hanging out, relaxing, reading, catching a quick nap and of course, dining outside. Just to the side of the living area is a small table and chairs that is the perfect spot for your morning cuppa, completing a puzzle or challenging your family with a game of Goonies Monopoly. Toward the back of the house is the oversized laundry room and around the corner from there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a main level bedroom with a cheery nautical theme. There is a second bathroom on the main floor near the entry with a spacious walk-in shower. At the top of the stairs on the second floor is a small nook, for the book worm in your group, where games and puzzles can also be found. There are two bedrooms on this floor, both with queen beds and also a twin-sized trundle bed. A large closet and a powder room at the end of the hall completes the upper level. The final little "secret" is the back screened porch for some more quiet enjoyment. Plenty of seating and room for everyone, inside and out. You won't be disappointed with this gem of a home. So much space, with nooks and crannies for you to spread out and have as much solitude as you need or as much family time as you want. It's all right here at the perfect beach getaway, Sandy Owl!! Sandy Owl is close to the beach (500 feet away!), and you can walk to the grocery store, Sea Level Bakery + Coffee, Mo's, and the Warren House Pub. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The kitchen and baths are well-appointed. There are many extras for convenience, such as plug ins to charge phones by all the beds, coffee, tea, etc. We loved how bright and sunny this home is, both downstairs and upstairs. We also loved the location, 2-3 minutes walks to a great coffee shop, a great grocery store, and the beach with beautiful views and sunsets! ##### Mary P. We chose to stay over our oldest son's high school spring break for a week. The location of the house near the beach as well as several walking distance restaurants (Warren House Pub, Mo's, Stephanie Inn) made it super convenient to grab a quick bite. Not that the house isn't wonderfully outfit with nearly every possible kitchen necessity. Given Oregons volatile spring weather we loved the front porch (enclosed and with views of the ocean in the distance) as well as the covered back patio. Plenty of room for everyone and just a charming beachside cottage vibe. Very happy we decided to stay and would return again (hoping for better weather however!) ##### Shawn H. It’s one of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever seen. Literally has anything a family could need. Plenty of towels and blankets. Games and puzzles for a rainy day. The coffee and tea set up is awesome. Great location near the beach. One block from coffee cafe, grocery store, pizza, beach, pub. I’d rent it again. Side note: there’s no air conditioning. Just like mountain homes, it gets hot upstairs on a sunny day. Open the windows to let cool air in. Don’t forget to close them in case it rains. I highly recommend driving the coast. Hug falls is worth getting up early. The neighbors are so friendly. It was cold on the beach. Bring layers. We can’t wait to return. ##### Annette Q.
