No Fireworks Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises and the beach. Damage Policy Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.) Starter Supplies We provide an initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Grill Use If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, contact Ohana customer service for assistance. Plumbing Please flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items. My only gripe is last year when we stayed at this same unit they provided a pet friendly, throw for the bed and furniture which we used. This year our instruction said no pets on the bed or furniture! We have a very small dog who seldom sleeps on the floor and is always by our side on the couch. I found it hard to be pet friendly then expect the pet to be crated or forced to sleep on the floor in an unfamiliar surrounding. We provided puppy pads for her to use. The remotes, the front room tv took a bit to get it to work as 2 remotes had been provided, had there been instructions provided saying to use the cable box remote only and to press ALL that would have been very helpful. The actual Panasonic tv remote isn't really needed and just provided a confusing situation.
