No Professional Photography or Filming Professional photography or filming is not permitted without prior written approval. Trash & Recycling Please remove all trash, including food from the refrigerator, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins. Recycling does not require sorting, except for refundable bottles and cans. You may return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them. No Fireworks Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises and the beach. Damage Policy Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.) Starter Supplies We provide an initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Grill Use If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, contact Ohana customer service for assistance. Plumbing Please flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items. Just a block from the beach and 3ish blocks from downtown food & shopping. Check in and out process was easy, straight forward and the house was cozy and clean.
